Delete a Report Attachment

Use the Report Attachments submodule to delete a report attachment and replace it with an existing attachment.

To use the Report Attachments submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To delete a report attachment:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the report attachment that you want to delete.
  3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Report Attachments.
  4. In the grid, highlight the record that you want to delete and click Delete row on the grid toolbar.
  5. In the dialog box, select a replacement and click OK.
