Delete a Job Folder Setup

Use the Storage and Folders submodule to delete a job folder setup.

To use the Storage and Folders submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To delete a job folder setup:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the folder setup you want to delete.
  3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Storage and Folders.
  4. Click the Job folder setup tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the setup that you want to delete and click Delete entry on the grid toolbar.
  6. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
