Use the Report Filenames submodule to customize the file name of a report. You can include data such as invoice number, job number, client name, or date.
To use the Report Filenames submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under
Settings.
To customize a report file name:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the report whose file name you want to customize.

In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click
.

Locate the report whose file name you want to customize, and double-click the
File name cell.

To include specific information to the file name, click
.
