Copy a Financial Postings Report Setup

Use the Financial Postings Report submodule to copy an existing report setup. Copying an existing setup saves you time and helps prevent the occurrence of errors.

To use the Financial Postings Report submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To copy a financial postings report setup:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the report setup that you want to copy.
  3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Financial Postings Report (264).
  4. Click the Overview tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the item that you want to copy.
  6. On the grid toolbar, click Duplicate selected report setup .
    WorkBook displays the item in the grid.
