Copy a Corporate Reporting Setup

Use the Corporate Reporting Setup submodule to copy a corporate reporting setup.

To use the Corporate Reporting Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To copy a corporate reporting setup:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the reporting setup that you want to copy.
  3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Corporate Reporting Setup (308).
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Copy reporting setup group .
  5. In the Copy Report Setup dialog box, specify or select values for the following fields:
    • New report setup name
    • Report setup to copy
  6. Click OK.
    WorkBook displays the report setup in the report setup drop-down menu on the grid toolbar.
