Display the Calculated Fields Dialog Box

You can display this dialog box in several ways in the Exports utility.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Exports.
  2. For a new data export definition:
    1. On the Data Export Definitions form, click + New Data Export Definition.
    2. On the Select Columns dialog box, enter information for the data export definition and click Apply.
    3. On the Definition Setup form, click the Calculated Field button.
    4. On the Calculated Field Options dialog box, click + New Calculation.
  3. For an existing data export definition:
    1. In the grid on the Definitions tab of the Data Export Definitions form, click the name of a data export definition.
    2. On the Definition Setup form, complete either of the following:
      • In the Data Export Definition Columns grid, click in the Calculated field column for an existing calculated field.
      • Click the Calculated Field button. On the Calculated Field Options dialog box, click + New Calculation. Or, select an existing calculation in the list, click at the end of the row, and then select Edit in the menu.
