Contents of the Key Convert Generic Resources Form

Select the generic resources to combine or change.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Generic Resources	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing generic resources. You can enter an existing generic resource code in the New Generic Resource field.
Generic Resource	Select the generic resource codes that you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Generic Resource Code lookup to select one generic resource code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Generic Resource Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all generic resource codes.
Name	This field displays the name of the generic resource.
New Generic Resource	In this field, enter a new generic resource name or number.
Existing Labor Category	This field displays the labor category that is associated with the selected generic resource.
New Labor Category	Use this drop-down list to select the new labor category.
Existing Labor Code	This field displays the labor code that is associated with the selected generic resource.
New Labor Code	Click Lookup/Insert to display the Labor Code lookup. Select a labor code to associate with the generic resource. If you are combining generic resources, the existing labor code and the new labor code must have compatible labor code masks.
