Display the Billing Unit Delete Dialog Box

You display this dialog box in Draft Invoice Approvals.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects > Draft Invoice Approvals.
  2. Complete the information on the Billing Session Options dialog box.
  3. On the Draft Invoice Approvals form, select a project.
  4. Click the Units tab.
  5. In the Units grid, select one transaction to delete (it must have Bill, Hold, or Write-off entered in the Status field).
    To select a row, select the checkbox at the beginning of the row.
  6. On the grid toolbar, click Delete.
If you select multiple transactions in the Units grid and then click Delete, the Billing Units Delete dialog box does not open. Instead, the status for all the selected transactions is automatically changed to Delete in the Status field in the Units grid. None of these transactions will be billed on any invoice.
