Columns for the Unit Audit Report

The Unit Audit report contains a standard set of columns. You do not have the option to select columns for this report.

Field Description
Unit Table This column displays the name of a unit table.
Unit Number This column displays the number of a unit.
Available for Project Planning and Estimates, or Available for Project Planning, or Available for Project Estimates This column displays on a Unit report when you click Search and then select the Available for Project... field in the New Search Dialog box. The Enable Service Estimate checkbox must also be selected in Settings > Projects > Estimates.

The column label varies depending on which modules are activated:

  • If the Resource Planning and CRM modules are activated, the label is Available for Project Planning and Estimates.
  • If only the Resource Planning module is activated, the label is Available for Project Planning.
  • If only the CRM module is activated, the label is Available for Project Estimates.
Unit Name This column displays the name of the unit.
Modification Date This column displays the date on which the record was modified.
Modification User This column displays the name of the user who modified the record unless the user ID is not mapped to a user name, in which case only the user ID displays.
Application This column displays the name of the application in which the modification was made.
