Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Purge User Activity Dialog Box (Opt-In Available)

Use the fields on this dialog box when you purge (delete) log-in, log-out, and application activity from the User Activity grid in the browser application.

You can choose to opt in to this feature for the Vantagepoint 7.1 release. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all Vantagepoint users in a future release. For more information, see Opt-In Feature Overview.

Field Description
Date range to purge

Enter a range of dates within which to delete the log in, log out, and application activities.

OK

Click this button to delete the activities in the grid that fall within the date range that you entered. On the dialog box that asks if you want to complete the purge, click Yes. The activities are immediately deleted from the User Activity grid.
