Columns for the Inventory Stock Status Report
You can select the columns to display on your report.
Columns
| Field | Description |

| Category | This column displays the category assigned to the asset (for example, Furniture, Data, Phone, or Supplies). |
| Description | This column displays the description of the item. |
| Location | This column displays the location in which the item is stored or the location from which the item was issued or moved. |
| Inventory Balance | This column displays the total cost of the quantity of the item currently stored at your company's locations.
Vantagepoint calculates this amount as follows: Quantity on Hand * Unit Cost. Unit Cost is the average unit cost for the items you have in inventory. |
| Item | This column displays the inventory item number. |
| Quantity on Hand | This column displays the total quantity of the inventory item that is in stock at locations for your company. |
| Row Count | This column displays the row count if the transaction is an inventory issue, quantity adjustment, or unit cost adjustment. |
| Unit Cost | This column displays the average actual cost of each unit. |
| U/M | This column displays the unit of measure for the item (for example, each, box, case, or dozen). |
