Actions Bar for the Intercompany Billing Form

Use the options on the Actions bar to run or schedule the intercompany billing process, select invoice options, and generate the Intercompany Billing report.

Commonly Used Actions

Click the buttons on the Actions bar to access commonly performed actions.

Field Description
Run After you select the files to process, click this option to run the intercompany billing process. The procedure that you use and what the process does depends on whether you are running in draft or final mode and whether or not you are using detailed subledgers.
Schedule After you select the files to process, click this option to display the Schedule dialog box and schedule the intercompany billing process to run at a later time. Use the fields on the dialog box to select a process queue on the Process server, enter a description of the scheduled job, set the date and time that you want the process to run, and select other scheduling options.

Report Click this option to display the Intercompany Billing report form, select billing runs to include and other report options, and display or print the Intercompany Billing report.

Other Actions

Select the following options from the Other Actions menu.

Field Description
Invoice Options Click this option to display the Invoice Options dialog box and select intercompany invoice options such as the invoice date, service start and end dates, next invoice number, and, optionally, an override invoice template. This menu option is only available if you use detailed subledgers.
Restore Defaults Click this option to reset all billing session settings and other options on the form to their default settings. Previously selected transactions on the General tab are cleared, and all transactions for the current active period display in the Intercompany Postings grid.
