You can copy an existing dashpart and use it as the basis for a new dashpart.
These steps do not apply when you are using
Vantagepoint on a tablet or smart phone.
When you have dashparts in multiple languages, the copied dashpart retains the language used when you created it. For more information, see:
Multiple Languages in Dashboards and Dashparts.

In the Navigation pane, select

On the Dashboard form, click
Edit Mode to enable editing.
The
Edit Mode toggle option is not enabled when you use a tablet or smart phone to access
Vantagepoint.

On the edit mode toolbar, click
Dashpart Library.

In the Dashpart Library pane, find the dashpart that you want to copy and click
to display it on the Dashpart Designer form.

Click
Copy.

On the Copy Dashpart dialog box, enter a new dashpart name and then click
Save.

On the Add to Current Dashboard dialog box, select one of the following options:

Yes to add the copied dashpart to the opened dashboard and the Dashpart Library. |

No to add the copied dashpart to the Dashpart Library without adding it to the dashboard that is currently displayed.

The copied dashpart is displayed on the Dashpart Designer form. You can now modify the available dashpart settings.
