Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Billing Session Options Dialog Box

You display the Billing Session Options dialog box in Interactive Billing, Batch Billing, and Draft Invoice Approvals.

  1. Complete any of the following sets of steps to open this dialog box in Interactive Billing, Batch Billing, or Draft Invoice Approvals:
    Steps for Interactive Billing
    1. In the Navigation pane, select Billing > Interactive Billing.

      If you use the diary feature, the Billing Session Options dialog box displays automatically.

    2. If you do not use the diary feature, on the actions bar of the Interactive Billing form, click Billing Session Options.

    Steps for Batch Billing
    1. In the Navigation pane, select Billing > Batch Billing.

      The Billing Session Options dialog box displays automatically (whether or not you use the diary feature).

      You can also open the dialog box from the Batch Billing form by selecting Other Actions > Billing Session Options in the actions bar on the form.

    Steps for Draft Invoice Approvals
    1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects > Draft Invoice Approvals.
    2. On the Draft Invoice Approvals form, select a project.
    3. In the actions bar on the form, click Other Actions > Billing Session Options.
