Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change the Grid View

While using the List View for a record, you can create and save multiple views of grid information. You can also change the selected view to see specific information for a record.

Pre-requisite: Open the List View.

To change the grid view:

  1. Click View: to display the saved grid views.
    The saved grid views display.
  2. Select the grid view you want to display.
    The grid updates to reflect the selected view.
