Contents of the Save Options Dialog Box
Use the Save Options dialog box to save a set of processing options for future use. The options that display depend on the application that you are working in.

Field | Description |

Save Options | Select one of the following options to specify how you want to save your processing options.

Name | Enter the name for this set of options. |
Save for | Select one or more security roles that can use the set of processing options. The options that display in the drop-down list depend on your security role settings.

Description | Enter comments or other information. |
Make Preferred | Select this checkbox to define the current options as the default setting. These options will be the default setting when the application is opened for the roles it is associated with. |
