Contents of the Save Options Dialog Box

Use the Save Options dialog box to save a set of processing options for future use. The options that display depend on the application that you are working in.

Field Description
Save Options Select one of the following options to specify how you want to save your processing options.
  • Save: Click this option to save updates to the selected set of processing options.
  • Save as New Options: Click this option to create a new set of processing options based on the selected set.
Name Enter the name for this set of options.
Save for Select one or more security roles that can use the set of processing options. The options that display in the drop-down list depend on your security role settings.
  • Myself: Save the processing options for personal use only.
  • My Role: Share the saved processing options with others in your security role.
  • Specific or multiple roles: Share the saved processing options with specific or multiple security roles.
  • Everyone: Make the saved processing options available for personal use and for use by all roles.
Description Enter comments or other information.
Make Preferred Select this checkbox to define the current options as the default setting. These options will be the default setting when the application is opened for the roles it is associated with.
