Produce Journal Entries from Consultant Accruals

Update percent complete amounts, modify accruals, and produce journal entries from consultant accruals.

To produce accrual journal entries from consultant accruals:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Accounting > Consultant Accruals.
  2. To update percent complete amounts, on the Actions bar of the Consultant Accruals form, click Update % and select either Show Budget at Cost or Show Budget at Billing.
  3. Review and, if necessary, modify data on the Consultant Accruals form.
  4. On the Actions bar, click Run.
    When the process completes, the Consultant Accruals form displays the number of projects generated and the number of accrual entries generated.

After you process the journal entries, you can post them.
