Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Report Logging Tab of the Report Server Form

Use the Report Logging tab to see a listing of information about all generated reports.

Filtering Options

Field Description
Show Reports Started Over the Last Number of Hours Enter a number of hours to display reports for which the reporting job was started within that many hours of the current time. For example, enter 6 to see all reports started in the past six hours.
Date Range Use this option to select reports based on a calendar date range.
Username Use this option to select reports based on the person who ran the reports. Enter the user name or perform a search to select one.

Report Log Grid

Report Log Grid Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:

  • To print grid data, click Print. On the Print Preview form, click File > Print to send the grid data to your default printer.
  • To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
  • To turn on grouping for a grid, click Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.

Not all options are available on all grids.

Refresh Select this option to refresh or update data on the tab, You may want to select this option, for example, when you change the filtering options.
Display Parameters Select this option to view the report options for the selected report.
Username This field displays the name of the user who generated the report.
Folder This field displays the report folder name, such as Project.
Report Name This field displays the name of the report.
Started This field displays the time that the report started.
Finished This field displays the time that the report ended.
Completion Time This field displays the length of time that the report ran.
Query Time This field displays the time it took for the query to complete.
Processing Time This field displays the length of time it took to process the data for the report and prepare it for rendering.
Rendering Time This field displays the amount of time it took to calculate and render all the report pages.
Size (KB) This field displays the size of the report, in kilobytes.
Data Rows This field displays the number of data rows retrieved for all report query data sets used in the report.
Status This field displays the status of the generated report, such as Success.
Report Server This field displays the name of the report server where the report was rendered.
