Edit a Boilerplate

If you have the appropriate access rights, you can change boilerplate text and the text formatting.

To edit a boilerplate:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Boilerplates.
2. At the top of the Boilerplates form, enter a complete or partial name or number in the Find boilerplate lookup field to find and select the boilerplate that you want to review or edit.
3. To change information on the Boilerplate form, select one or both of these actions:

   To change	Do this
   A value in a field on the Boilerplates form	Hover over the field and enter or select the value. If an edit dialog box displays, make changes there to update the appropriate fields in the boilerplate record and then click Save.
   Multiple fields on the Boilerplates form	Make changes in one or more fields, and click Save. If an edit dialog box displays, make changes there to update the appropriate fields in the boilerplate record and then click Save.

4. Click Save.
   If you cancel your changes, Vantagepoint reverts the boilerplate to its previous version.
