Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display Data for Phases or Tasks

If a project has more than one level in its work breakdown structure (WBS), you can view the phases or tasks in the Projects hub to see data specific to those WBS elements. You can also view data for lower-level WBS elements in the linked promotional project for the project, if one exists.

To display data for a different WBS element:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects, and select any of the options on the Projects Hub menu.
  2. Select the project.
  3. Click next to the project name.

    The WBS for the project displays on the Project Structure dialog box. If the project is a regular project with a linked promotional project, the promotional project and its lower-level WBS elements display below the WBS for the project you selected. Likewise, if the selected project is a promotional project that is linked to a regular project, both are displayed, with the regular project below the promotional project in this case.

  4. In the project structure, locate and click the WBS element for which you want to display data.

    If the project has a linked project, you can also select a WBS element for that project.
