Defaults Tab of My Preferences Dialog Box
Use the Defaults tab of the My Preferences dialog box to specify defaults for qualifying contacts and for the country that displays when you create a new record in the Firms, Contacts, or Projects hubs.

Field | Description |

Default Qualified Status | This option displays if you use CRM Plus and the Lead Qualification process is enabled in Settings. Use this option to specify the default value for the
Qualified Status when a new contact is created in the Contacts hub. Options include:

View Leads in Contact Fields | This option displays if you use CRM Plus and the Lead Qualification process is enabled in Settings. Select this check box to include leads in all contact lookups. If this option is not selected, leads are hidden from the user in those areas. |
Default Country | When you create a new firm, contact, or project record, the default country that you select in this field is used as long as there is no other place from which to draw the information. You can override this default in other areas of the application. For example, if you specify a country for a project that you create in the Projects hub, that country overrides the default that you enter here. |
