Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create Proposal Templates

You can create proposal templates from scratch, from existing templates, or from existing proposals.

To create...Do this...
A new template that specifically reflects your company's styles including page layouts, font settings, graphics locations, and other detailsClick Proposals > Templates > + Add Proposal Template to create brand new templates in the Templates application.
A new template from an existing templateClick Proposals > Templates and click Options > Copy at the end of the template's grid row. You can then edit and save the copied template to create a new template.
A new template from an existing proposalAfter you build a proposal in Proposals > Custom Proposals, click Other Actions > Save Proposal as Template to save the proposal as a template. In this way, you quickly create a template that reflects the requirements included in a proposal that you previously generated and saved.
