Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Form W-2 Editor Form

Use the fields and options to view and modify existing employee information in the W-2 records.

Toolbar

Field Description
Form W-2 Processing Click this button to return to the Form W-2 Processing form.
Print Click this button to preview or print W-2 related forms and worksheets. The reports include all employees in the work file except for those for whom you checked Exclude this employee from W-2 reporting on the Form W-2 Editor form.
  • Advanced Printing: Open the Form W-2 Advanced Printing Options dialog box and set layout, sort, and margin options.
  • Preview W-2 Form: Open the W-2 form in a Preview window. From this window you can review, download, print or email the report.
  • Print W-2 Form: Open the Print dialog box and select your printing options.
  • Preview W-3 Worksheet: Open the W-3 Worksheet in a Preview window. From this window you can review, download, print or email the report.
  • Print W-3 Worksheet: Open the Print dialog box and select your printing options.
Exclude this employee from W-2 reporting Select this option if you do not want to generate a W-2 form for the employee.
Employee This field displays the employee number of the currently selected employee.
