Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export a Dashpart

Export dashparts to a comma-separated values (CSV) file, to make it easier to share the dashpart contents with clients or consultants.

These steps are not applicable when you are using Vantagepoint on a tablet or smart phone.

To export a dashpart:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Dashboards.
  2. On the Dashboard form, click Edit Mode to enable editing.
    The availability of this option is determined by your access rights in Security Settings.

    The Edit Mode toggle option is not enabled when you are using a tablet or smart phone to access Vantagepoint.

  3. On the edit mode toolbar, click Import/Export.
  4. On the Import/Export Dashparts dialog box, click Export.
  5. On the Select Dashparts for Export dialog box, select one or more dashparts from the Available Dashparts list and then click Export.
  6. On the Select Export Filename dialog box, in the Filename field, enter the filename for the dashpart (DPT) file and then click Save.
  7. On the standard save file dialog box, choose the location in which you want to save the file.
