Use these fields and options to set up targets — email recipients or FTP (File Transfer Protocol) locations — that will receive an export file when you assign the target to a data export definition and you export data using the definition.

| Name
|
Enter a name for the target. This is the name that will display in the
Export Location field on the Definition Setup form when you chose a target in this field for a data export definition.

| Email
|
Select this option if you want one or more email addresses to be a target and receive an export file when you assign the target to a data export definition and you export data using the definition.
|
| FTP
|
Select this option if you want an FTP location to be a target and receive an export file when you assign the target to a data export definition and you export data using the definition.

The following field displays if you select the Email option:

Select one of the following recipient types that will be a target and will receive the export file when you export data using a data export definition:
Contacts,
Employees, or
Users.

Contacts, Employees, or Users Grid
One of these three grids displays, based on whether you selected
Contacts,
Employees, or
Users in the
Select Attendees From field. In the grid, select a contact, employee, or user, and then click
+TO,
+CC, or
+BCC below the grid to add them as email recipients in the
TO,
CC, and
BCC fields on this dialog box. These recipients will receive the export file via email when you assign the target to a data export definition and you export data using the definition.
After you select one type of recipient in the
Select Attendees From field and add recipients to the email, use the
Select Attendees From field again to select a different type of recipient to add to the email.
Grid Fields

| Check Box
|
Click the check box to select a contact, employee, or user to add to the email as a TO, CC, or BCC recipient.

| Image
|
This field displays in the grid for contact and employee recipients. This displays the image that is uploaded in the Contacts or Employees hub for a contact or employee.
|
| Name
|
This field displays in the grid for contact and employee recipients. It displays a contact or employee's name.
|
| Username
|
This field displays in the grid for user type recipients. It displays a user's username.
|
| Firm
|
This field displays in the grid for contact type recipients. It displays the firm that is associated with a contact.
|
| Organization
|
This field displays in the grid for employee type recipients. It displays an employee's organization.
|
| Employee Full Name
|
This field displays in the grid for user type recipients. It displays the full name of the employee who is assigned to the user.
|
| Email
|
This field displays in the grid for contact and employee type recipients. It displays the email address of the contact or employee.
|
| Employee Email
|
This field displays in the grid for user type recipients. It displays the email address of the employee who is assigned to the user.

The following fields display when you select the Email option:

After you select one or more contacts, employees, or users in the grid, click this link to add the selected contacts, employees, or users to the

field on this dialog box. These email recipients will all received an export file via an email when this target is assigned to a data export definition and you use the definition to export data to a file.

|
After you select one or more contacts, employees, or users in the grid, click this link to add the selected contacts, employees, or users to the
CC
field on this dialog box. These email recipients will all received an export file via email when this target is assigned to a data export definition and you use the definition to export data to a file.

|
After you select one or more contacts, employees, or users in the grid, click this link to add the selected contacts, employees, or users to the
BCC field on this dialog box. These email recipients will all received an export file via a blind carbon copy email when this target is assigned to a data export definition and you use the definition to export data to a file.

| TO
|
After you select email recipients in the Contacts, Employees, or Users grid and click
+TO, the recipients are added to this field.
|
| CC
|
After you select email recipients in the Contacts, Employees, or Users grid and click
+CC, the recipients are added to this field.
|
| BCC
|
After you select email recipients in the Contacts, Employees, or Users grid and click
+BCC, the recipients are added to this field.
|
| Subject
|
Enter the email subject.
|
| Message
|
Enter the message to include in the email.
|
The following fields display if you select the FTP option:

| FTP URL
|
Enter the server address for the FTP. Example:
FTP.<your company name>.com

| FTP Type
|
Select the FTP type:
FTP or
SFTP
|
| Port
|
Enter the FTP port number to use.
|
| User
|
Enter a username to use to log in to the FTP server.
|
| Password
|
Enter a password to use to log in to the FTP server.
|
| Location on Server
|
Enter the location on the server where the data export file will be saved. Example: /data/exports
The server folders that you enter must already exist on the server.

Buttons
| Field | Description |
| Test Connection
|
Click this button to test and confirm that an FTP location on a server actually exists, so that an export file will successfully reach the FTP target.
|
| Save
|
Click this button to save the changes on the dialog box and return to the Target tab.
|
| Cancel
|
Click this button to return to the Target tab without saving the changes on this dialog box.
