Contents of the Search and Download Dialog Box

Use the Search and Download dialog box to choose the fields to export to your report.

Field	Description
Show Results	After selecting fields on the Search Criteria grid, click this button to retrieve and export the results for those fields. On the Export Results popup, you can choose to show results or to schedule the export to the process server. You receive a notification when the process is complete.
Level	This column displays the report fields by group levels with expand and collapse buttons for each level.
Name	This column displays the names of individual fields for the report. If you want a field to have a different name in the search result, you can enter a new name here.
Filter	Select this checkbox to enable a search filter for this field.
Operator	Use this column to select an operator for the filter operation.
Value	Use this column to select or enter a value that you want to include as filter criteria. Available values may vary, depending on the type of field and operator selected.
Subreport Name	This column displays the name of the subreport associated with the selected field.
