Display the Calculated Field Options Dialog Box

You display this dialog box in the Exports utility.

1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Exports.
2. Complete the appropriate set of steps:
   • For a new data export definition:
     1. On the Data Export Definitions form, click + New Data Export Definition.
     2. On the Select Columns dialog box, enter information for the data export definition and click Apply.
     3. On the Definition Setup form, click the Calculated Field button.
   • For an existing data export definition:
     1. In the grid on the Definitions tab of the Data Export Definitions form, click the data export definition name.
     2. On the Definition Setup form, click the Calculated Field button.
