Toolbar of Purchase Template Editor

Use the toolbar options of the Purchase Template Editor to create new templates or modify templates. You can also preview a purchase order or request for price quote that uses a template that you select.

Field	Description
New	After you click this option, select one of the following: Click New Purchase Template to create a new template from scratch. Default values populate certain fields. Click Copy Current Purchase Template to create a new template based on the template currently open in the browser. This option is available only if a template is open in the Template form. Click Select Purchase Template to Copy to create a new template based on a template that you select from the template lookup.
Delete Purchase Template	Click this option to delete the current purchase template. If you delete a template, you remove it from the Vantagepoint database permanently. You cannot undo this step.
Preview Template	Click this option to select a purchase order or request for price quote. Then generate a preview of the purchase order or request for price quote using the template settings that are in effect: Click Preview PO to open a lookup list of all purchase orders of any status. Click Preview RFQ to open a lookup list of all requests for price quote or a requisition.
Images	Click this option to display the Available Images window, on which you upload or delete custom images that can be used in the templates.
