Email Invoices to Project Stakeholders (Interactive Billing)

You can email final accepted billing invoices, credit memos, and pre-invoices to project stakeholders.

The invoice or credit memo is sent as a .PDF file attachment. If the billing terms for the project have the Print Backup Report or one of the Print Supporting Documents options selected on the Billing Backup tab, the .PDF file includes the invoice, the Backup report, and any supporting documents.

To send final accepted invoices as email attachments from Interactive Billing:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Billing > Interactive Billing.
  2. On the Interactive Billing form, open the project.
  3. Click the Invoice History tab.
  4. In the invoices grid on the tab, select an invoice, credit memo, or pre-invoice to email, and click the Email action in the grid's actions bar.
  5. Complete fields on the Email Invoice dialog box, and click Send.
