Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Image Tab of My Settings Dialog Box

You can upload an image (for example, a logo or a contact photograph) to Vantagepoint so that you can assign it to an project, firm, contact, or employee. Alternatively, you can select an image from the library of images supplied with Vantagepoint. You can also remove an existing image. If you do not assign an image, a default image is used.

Supported image file types are .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, and .BMP.

For you to be able to change an image, your security role must have the access rights to update the record.

Field Description
Upload Image Complete one of the following to upload an image:
  • To upload your own image file, click Upload, select the image file, and then click Open.
  • To select a supplied image, click Library, select an image, and then click Select.
  • To remove the current image, click Remove.

If you assigned a new image, Vantagepoint automatically crops and scales the image and displays it in the Image field.

Use the slider control below the Image field to expand or contract the image as needed. The image resizes accordingly and the cropping frame illustrates what will display for the record's image. The results of your actions display in Cropped Image.
