Deleting (Deactivating) Customers

Customer access can be removed by deactivating their account.

Note: This means access for the customer is removed, but their account record is kept.

To delete a customer:

  1. Find or filter the customer name from the customer grid or list view.
  2. Click Open.
    The customer page displays.
  3. Click Remove Customer.
    The Delete Customer dialog displays.
  4. Click Yes.
    Your customer's access is now deactivated.
