Change a Current Password

You can change your current password any time from within the Unionpoint Integration Platform.

Prerequisites:

• Access the Portal.

Note: To change your forgotten password, see Change a Forgotten Password.

To change your current Unionpoint password:

1. In the Unionpoint Portal, click the gear icon.
2. From the Account Settings menu, click Change Password.
3. Enter your Current Password.
4. Enter and confirm a secure New Password.
5. Enter your Authenticator Verification Code.
   When changing passwords, you will still use the same Multi-Factor Authentication you previously set up for Unionpoint when you activated your account.
6. Click Update Password.
