You can use PM Compass to set the cost system process that will run when workflow status is approved.
To set a cost system process:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Workflow Type Configuration.
Select the Workflow Steps tab.
On the Step Actions Grid, click Insert.
Select Cost System Process.
On the Cost System Process dialog box, select one of the cost system processes from the Process Name drop-down list.
