Search on the Control Account Manager

When using the Advanced search of the Workflow Search dialog box, there are 3 fields that search the Cobra project:

• Control Account Manager

• Control Account Manager Name

• Control Account Description

There is a another User Defined Data that is a source field on All Workflows with a label of CAM. The field CAM is looking at the CAM on the workflow form or the CAM on the control account at the time the workflow was created.

Only the Control Account Manager supports Is Me or Is Not Me.  

Tip: You may need to expand the Search Field column to see the full field name.  If it looks like there are two fields named Control Account Manager, then you need to expand the column or select the second field in the list.

When you build a Saved filter on the Control Account Manager Is Me, make sure you perform the actions below to allow you to search across all projects.

• Click the project name.

• Click Search.

• Click Organize to save the filter.
