Delete a Folder of a Saved Search

Use this procedure to remove a folder that contains a saved set of search parameter from the Organize Options dialog box.

To delete a folder directly from the Searches drop-down list:

  1. On a form (for example, Project), click .

  2. Select and right-click the folder that you want to delete.

  3. On the context menu, click Delete.

To delete a folder on the Organize Options dialog box:

  1. On a search dialog box, click Organize. The  displays.

  2. In the Organize Options dialog box Folder Name field, right-click the folder that you want to delete.

  3. On the context menu, click Delete. Deleting the selected folder also deletes all saved searches and folders within the folder.
