Use Report Administration to:
Load reports onto the report server.
View the list of available printers for reports.
View the current status of each report server and report activity.
View the report log data.
Delete records that have been running too long or that have stopped processing because of an error.
Display report log data if report logging is enabled.
The Report Administration form has the following tabs:
Load Reports tab — Loads the reports from the application server onto the report server. You can specify the folder location of reports (RDL files) on the application server from which to install reports. All report RDL files are loaded to the report server based on this location, and folders are set up on the report server matching the file system folders.
Custom Reports tab — Loads custom reports (.rdl files) from any location onto the report server. You can specify the folder location of reports (RDL files) from which to install reports. All report files are loaded to the report server based on this location.
Report Printers tab — Displays and refresh the list of available printers for reports.
Current Activity tab — Allows you to view the current status of each report server and report activity. The option to stop a report activity is also found here.
Report Logging tab — Displays who ran what report, when, the size of the report, the time it took to process the report, and so on is accessed from this tab.
Database Cleanup tab — Allows you to delete orphaned reports and report logs or to schedule the deletion of report logs.
