The EPM Security Weblink is a utility that you (as the system administrator) can use to connect Deltek PM Compass and report servers to a PM Compass database, and to configure additional account information, such as the account used in submitting reports to the report server.
You can also perform the following tasks using this utility:
Configure database connection
Add scripts
View the list of all databases set up in Weblink
When the utility launches, it displays a toolbar and the following tabs:
General — This tab allows you to specify database connection information, such as the server name, user name, and password. When you open the utility, this tab displays by default.
Report Server — This tab allows you to specify report server connection information, such as SSRS report server URL and report server name.
System Settings — This tab allows you to specify server job information and session state storage parameters.
Database Grid View — This tab provides a quick glance at all the databases currently set up in the Weblink utility and to run scripts.
