Delete a Custom Field from the Workflow Table

Deleting a custom field from the workflow table in the database is a two-step process:

If you want to remove the custom field from a form but still have it available in PM Compass to add to another form, do not remove it from the workflow table. See Remove a Custom Field from a Form for steps.

Important: Deleting a field from the workflow table also permanently deletes all of its contents from the database.

To delete a custom field from the workflow table:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป User-Defined Data.

  2. In the User-Defined data form Area field, select All Workflows.

  3. On the Custom Fields tab grid, select the field that you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. Click Save.
