Print

Select this option from the Control Accounts drop-down list to display the Print Preview window of the corresponding grid's content.

Export to Excel

Select this option from the Control Accounts drop-down list to display the content of the corresponding grid in Microsoft Excel.

Associate

Click this button on the Control Accounts toolbar to associate a link with the control account. Clicking this button displays the Control Account Search dialog box. You can select multiple control accounts by pressing either the CTRL key or the SHIFT key and then clicking the selected control account.

A link associated with the control account is also associated with the project to which the control account belongs. This condition, however, only takes effect when you click Save.

Remove

Click this button on the Control Accounts toolbar to remove the association. Removing a link’s association with the control account only removes that particular association. This is regardless where the link is associated.

This button is disabled if there is no record in the grid.
