Check Report History

If you are wondering why you received a report, you can use the following steps to check the history of a scheduled report and find out who sent the report.

To check report history:

  1. From the Navigation menu, select Administration » Process Server » Process Queue Manager.

  2. On the Process Queue Manager form, check the Submitter column of the Queue Processes Grid to see if someone scheduled this report.

  3. Use the Queue drop-down and go through each of the Queues looking for where this report was scheduled.  

  4. You can use the History Processes to Include group box to filter the list to only completed processes from the Previous 3 days to make the list shorter.
