View Changes Made to a Progress Entry

Use the Enter Cost Progress form or Enter Schedule Progress form to view the changes made to a progress entry.

Approver

If you are the Approver, you can view the changes made to a progress entry from the Approve Cost Progress form and Approve Schedule Progress form.

To view progress history from the Enter Cost Progress form or Enter Schedule Progress form, complete the following steps:

  1. Enter the cost progress or schedule progress. For more information, see Enter Cost Progress or Enter Schedule Progress.

  2. In the "Delta" column, click for the progress entry for which you want to see progress history.

    This column is denoted by the delta () symbol. It is empty if no changes have been made to the field values of the selected control account or work package. If changes have been made to the field values of the selected control account or work package, this column displays a hyperlinked, underlined asterisk ().

  3. The Progress Changes dialog box displays the old and new values of the fields that you updated for the selected control account/work package or activity, depending on whether you are updating cost progress or schedule progress.

To view workflow history for progress entries, run the Workflow History report. This report is used to audit the workflow and cycle times.
