Use the Reporting Defaults tab to set the default printer and default font, and to determine the page size and margins.
Select the default printer that will be used when you print reports in PM Compass. The printers available in the list include a local printer and the server printers.
The default printer is the printer selected in System Settings.
Select the default font that will be used in printed reports. If a report has an option to select a font, it overrides the font selected in this field.
Select a default unit of measure that will be used in defining page dimensions and page margins. When you change this field, previously defined page dimensions and page margin values are also converted. The available units of measure are Inches and Millimeters.
Select a default page size. When you change this field, previously defined page dimension values are also converted. Selecting the Custom option allows you to enter custom page dimension values. The available page sizes are Letter, Legal, Ledger, Tabloid, A4, A3, Executive, and Custom.
Enter the default page width and height. The width and height are enabled only when you select Custom as your page size. If set, the values in System Settings are the default values for these fields, otherwise, the default values are the width and height of the page size you set in the Page Size field.
Enter the default page margin values. The default values are the following:
0.50 in all fields if Inches is selected as the unit of measure
12.70 in all fields if Millimeters is selected as the unit of measure
