Use the User Preferences dialog box to set user preferences. The dialog box has the following field and tabs:
Click the to select a user and set their user's preferences. The User Search dialog box displays. You can also enter the user name instead of clicking the icon.
General tab โ This tab allows you to do the following:
Set the default dashboard for the current user. To set the default dashboard for new users, go to the General Tab of the System Settings Form.
Hide the Navigation menu after you select a menu option.
Determine whether the user wants Deltek PM Compass to remember the size and position of windows and reports every time they are displayed.
Determine how PM Compass searches for and retrieves records.
Change the user password.
Set display settings.
Reporting Defaults tab โ This tab allows you to do the following:
Set the default printer.
Set the default font.
Determine the page size and margins.
Support tab โ This tab allows you to enter the username and password for Deltek's Customer Care Connect site.

Click this button to apply all of the changes that you made. All changes take effect on the entire PM Compass only when you create a new session (when you log off and then log on again).
Click this button to close the dialog box without saving any changes.
