When you are in the Master Projects view of the Projects List View, you can only use the Enter/Approve Cost and Schedule Progress and the My Cost /Schedule Analysis links on the Navigation menu to navigate. You cannot use the Cost, Schedule, and Progress options on the Projects View toolbar.
To display the Enter Cost or Enter Schedule Progress form when you are in the Master Projects view of the Projects List View, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Projects ยป Projects.
On the Projects List view, click Show Master Projects.
Select a project from the list.
On the Navigation menu, click Enter Cost Progress or Enter Schedule Progress.
