Create Notification for Owner in Job Risk Register Workspace

Use these steps to send a notification to the owner.

To select an owner to send a notification to in the Job Risk Registers workspace:

  1. Go to Job Cost > Budgeting > Job Risk Registers > Job Risk Registers.
  2. Complete all relevant fields in the Job Risk Registers sub-tab.
  3. In the Job Risks sub-tab, complete all necessary fields.
  4. In the Owner field, select an employee as an owner to send the risk notification to.
  5. In the Due Date field, select a date.
    Note: If you do not select a due date, the owner will not receive a notification.
  6. Complete any other relevant fields.
  7. Click Save.
