Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Sign a Timesheet on the Dashboard Screen

You can also sign a timesheet on the Dashboard screen and submit it for approval.

To sign a timesheet on the Dashboard screen:

  1. Tap , and tap Dashboard.
  2. On the Dashboard screen, the current timesheet displays. Tap .
    Note: is available whether you are on the Time screen or the Charges screen.
  3. On the Signature Certification screen, view your timesheet summary by day, week, charge, or pay type by tapping the corresponding tab.
    Attention: See View Timesheet Summary.
    Note: This screen displays if Use Summary on Sign on the Settings screen is set to On.
  4. Tap .
  5. If there is a problem with the timesheet you are signing, Costpoint Mobile T&E displays errors and warnings. Tap Continue to submit the timesheet, or tap C:\Users\VeronicaSantos\Desktop\Costpoint Mobile\cpm timesheet back to period view.jpg to return to the timesheet and make changes.
  6. Tap OK.
    The timesheet status is changed to Signed. The timesheet is sent back to the resource, and the Approve Timesheets indicator on the Tasks screen of the resource manager is automatically updated to reflect the signed timesheet.
