Oracle Database Account
Deltek provides users with the ability to access their Non Production and Development databases using Oracle TOAD.
The SaaS Developer will need Oracle Database Account credentials to access the database using TOAD.
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Your company's SaaS Customer Admin submits the
Oracle Access to Non Production Databases service request. The following spreadsheet must be completed when submitting the service request. Please note the varying SQL Rights that are assigned to the SaaS Developers Cloud AD Account depending on which Environment/Database they are working with.
Reminder - the SaaS Customer Admin must add the SaaS Developer's Cloud AD Account to the appropriate Group Memberships in AD Manager.

| 2 | Deltek provides connection information to the SaaS Admin (PDB and Host Names for Test and Dev database). |
| 3 | Oracle Database Account credentials are provided for each database. The account name will be the same but the passwords will be unique. Each account is managed independently. |
| 4 | The SaaS Customer Admin will pass the PDB, Host Names and credentials to the SaaS Developer. |
| 5 | The Oracle Database Account credentials expire every 60 days. No notification is provided these credentials will expire. The SaaS Customer Admin must proactively reset these credentials to avoid them from expiring. If they do expire please submit the SaaS Admin Password Reset service request. |
