Contents of the Create Project Budget From New Business Budget Screen

Use this screen to adopt a new business budget as the project budget after contract award by cloning the new business budgets.

Costpoint Planning reconciles the project and the new business budget to create a fully populated budget.

Contents

Field	Description
Project ID	Enter the Project ID in this field.
Create	Click this button to create a populated budget.

New Business

Field	Description
Project  ID	This field displays the project ID.
Project Name	Enter the name of the project or click to query or sort your search.
Version	This field displays the version number.
Periods	This field displays the coverage period.
Start Date	This field displays the Start Date.
End Date	This field displays the End Date.
Link New Business budget to Project budget	Select this checkbox to enable bi-directional linking between the two budgets. If you do not select the checkbox, you are also prompted to link the budgets after you click Create.
Modified	This field displays the name of who modified the new business budget.
Created By	This field displays the name of who created the new business budget.
Notes	This field displays the comments or notes.

Field	Description
Project ID	Enter the Project ID or click to query or sort your search.
Project Name	Enter the name of the project or click to query or sort your search.
Periods	This field displays the Periods covered for the budget.
Start Date	This field displays the Start Date
End Date	This field displays the End Date.
