Select Toolbar Buttons

Use the Save Toolbar Configuration dialog box to select the buttons you want to display on your toolbar.

The content of this dialog box depends on the type (data entry, reporting, or processing) of the currently active screen.

To customize you toolbar:

  1. On the Screen Configuration panel, click Edit besides the Global Toolbar Icon Options label.
  2. On the Save Toolbar Configuration dialog box, perform any of the following actions:
    • To display the labels for each button on your toolbar, select the Show Toolbar Buttons with Labels check box .
    • To add a toolbar button to your toolbar, in the Available list, click the Add icon next to the button name to transfer the button to the Selected list.
    • To remove a toolbar button from your toolbar, in the Selected list, click the Remove icon next to a button name to transfer the button back to the Available list.
    • To rearrange the order of the buttons on your toolbar, in the Select list, click the Up or Down arrows in the Order column to move buttons to your desired position on your toolbar.
  3. Click Save to apply your settings to your toolbar and close the Save Toolbar Configuration dialog box.
