Customize My Menu in Configure User Preferences

Click the Configure User Preferences link at the bottom of the Screen Configuration panel to customize My Menu in the Configure User Preferences application.

My Menu allows you to access shortcuts to the applications you frequently use without navigating through the entire Costpoint menu. On the Configure User Preferences screen, use the My Menu section to select the applications you want to add or remove from My Menu.

To customize My Menu:

  1. At the bottom of the Screen Configuration panel, click Configure User Preferences to open the application.
  2. In the My Menu Application List in the bottom left pane, click the column with the check adjacent to each application you wish to add to My Menu (CTRL+Click for multiple applications).
  3. Click Select.
    The selected applications display in the My Menu pane on the right.
  4. Click File > Save on the Global Menu, or click  on the Global Toolbar to save your preferences.
